Cardwell House
A 4,000 square foot remodel that we completed the rough framing, structural steel, and finish carpentry for. Twenty foot high barrel vaulted ceiling in living room. Fourteen foot high barrel vaulted ceiling across master bedroom and bathroom. Steel stairs with walnut treads and glass side walls. Open floor plan that has taken advantage of the steel and wood frame design. Ironwood exterior trim details with custom fencing and gates.
Northridge House
A 2700 square foot complete remodel with additions. We completed all aspects of this ranch style tract house to craftsman style remodel. All new baths and kitchen. Anderson windows and doors for the exterior. Custom interior doors with craftsman details. Granite tops and a lot of tile everywhere.
Santa Monica House
A 600 square foot addition and remodel that we completed the rough framing and siding for. An architects own home that has an interesting siding design. We took 4' x 10' sheets of hardipanel and ripped them into 24" lap siding pieces for a unique look.
